Rachel Burke is a partner in the firm’s Estate Planning practice, where she tailors the estate plans of individuals and couples to meet both their tax focused and personal goals. Rachel also advises and assists fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of existing trusts and estates. She enjoys multigenerational planning and administration matters including business succession planning.
Rachel has experience with lifetime giving strategies and testamentary plans to reduce gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxes. She has written and spoken on the topic of fiduciary income taxation.
