Over the past 36 years, Patrick Greaney has focused his practice on real estate law and the representation of commercial lenders, developers, builders, businesses and real estate owners. He has represented purchasers and sellers in many real estate, asset sale and entity sale transactions, borrowers in commercial loan transactions, and real estate owners in the appeal of property tax assessments  Mr. Greaney has also represented landlords and tenants in shopping centers, office buildings and industrial property, and commercial lenders in a variety of transactions, foreclosures, restructuring and workouts.  

Pat is a member of the Montgomery County, Maryland Bar Association and the State of Maryland Bar Association, as well as the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA).
