Lauren West-Woofter is an associate in the Estate and Trust practice of Furey, Doolan & Abell, LLP, where she focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She is passionate about crafting personalized estate plans, administering trusts and estates efficiently, and supporting fiduciaries in navigating their responsibilities with confidence and care.
A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Lauren earned her B.S. in Economics from James Madison University and her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, she served as a Senior Editor of the Sustainable Development Law & Policy Brief and held leadership roles in student organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Lauren gained valuable experience as both a law clerk and then an associate at a boutique trusts and estates firm, where she developed her client-centered approach to estate and trust matters.
Lauren is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Outside of the office, she enjoys baking and playing golf.
