Jamie Blair is a partner in the Estate Planning and Administration practice groups and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). She concentrates her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax planning, and wealth preservation strategies.
Ms. Blair counsels both taxable and nontaxable estates for families and high net worth individuals across a broad range of planning objectives. She advises trustees and personal representatives on all aspects of estate and trust administration and serves as litigation counsel in contested trust and estate matters, including claims of undue influence, lack of testamentary capacity, breach of fiduciary duty, and fiduciary fee disputes.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Blair developed a focused practice in trust and estate planning for individuals with special needs and their families.
Ms. Blair received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she earned the CALI Award for Academic Excellence. She is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
