Dana Rodriguez is an associate in the firm’s Estate and Trust group whose practice focuses on estate planning and trust and estate administration. Dana strives to offer straightforward guidance to clients amid nebulous or turbulent periods in life.

 

Prior to joining Furey, Doolan & Abell, Dana was an associate a mid-sized firm in Boston, Massachusetts, where she gained experience in the niche practice areas of elder law and special needs planning, and a boutique law firm in Bethesda, Maryland, where she represented clients with taxable and international estates.

 

Dana is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law, where she was recognized for her work in probate and family law.  She received bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maryland and is a Maryland native.

 

Dana is admitted to practice in Maryland (2024) and Massachusetts (2021).
