Experience

Mr. Witt served as a law clerk to Judge J. Warren Madden, United States Court of Claims. He was General Counsel and then Deputy Executive Director of the United Planning Organization of the National Capital Area. He was a partner in the law firm of Sachs, Greenbaum & Tayler, and then at Witt & Nolan until January 2004. He has specialized in family law (divorce, property distribution, support, custody and related matters) for many years.
