After practicing
law in Greenbelt, Maryland with Duckett, Orem, Christie & Beckett
and in Bethesda, Maryland with Beckett, Cromwell & Myers, he joined the
law firm of Miles & Stockbridge in 1984. In 1996, Mr. Greaney joined the
law firm of Wheeler & Korpeck, where he practiced until joining Furey, Doolan & Abell,
LLP. The major focus of Mr. Greaney's practice over the past 24 years has been
the representation of commercial banks, savings and loans, developers, builders
and real estate owners. Mr. Greaney has represented commercial lenders in a variety
of transactions, foreclosures, restructuring and workouts. He has represented
purchasers and sellers in many complicated transactions, borrowers in commercial
loan transactions, and real estate owners in the appeal of property tax assessments.
Mr. Greaney is a member of the Montgomery
County, Maryland Bar Association and the State of Maryland
Bar Association.
