Experience

Mr. Doolan has over 25 years of experience lobbying at every level of Maryland government. He represents a large and diverse array of clients before the Maryland General Assembly and a host of state agencies. He has represented the financial community, telecommunications companies, the insurance industry, health care providers, non-profit employment development entities, large national trade associations, and corporations and individuals with discrete legislative and/or administrative issues.

Since 1975, he has been a founding partner at Furey, Doolan & Abell, LLP. Mr. Doolan has an active lobbying practice before local government as well, particularly before the Montgomery County, Maryland government. He also represents an international owner of regional malls and does their land use and lobbying work in Maryland.
